She has been awarded the ‘Best Information Portal’ in a competition held by the Egyptian ministry of administrative development for encouraging internet services as well as the competition held by the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA). She has worked as a Researcher at the Information Dissemination Department, the Cabinet – Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC). Has worked as an Electronic and Printed Publication's Unit Manager as well as a Manager at Knowledge Dissemination Department. She is experienced in writing, reviewing, and developing manuscripts related to organizational development and human resources management issues. The expert has sound knowledge and expertise in publications that investigate SMEs, micro-business management, and finance. The expert has experience in reviewing NGOs related manuscripts and has reviewed several manuscripts investigating social NGOs. She has conducted research on different views concerning the debate about globalization benefits and drawbacks, as protesters claim that globalization is bad for poor people that represent Americans outsourcing product development and services to other countries. She has worked on identification of the problem, followed by a professional recipe based on scientific research and quantitative analysis to give the right decision. Worked on a research that was aimed at examining the impact of applying marketing concept, environment and strategy in the public sector.
